All reservations cancelled within 72/hrs of the start of the booking will not be refunded. If reservation is cancelled outside of this time frame, we will issue a full refund (excluding fees). We allow one complementary reschedule (to be completed within 45 days of your original booking date) provided you give us 72 hours notice. If you need to reschedule a second time, a $75 fee will be charged. We allow a maximum of two reschedules. If you’re not able to make your third date, your booking will be canceled and your entire booking amount will be forfeited.
